The metric version of the Swing Ball is called the Neo. It has new and improved mechanics for high repeatability. To ensure that the insert will not move when taking heavy cuts, the inserts have built-in keyways for locking into positions. The high repeatability allows for roughing and semi-finishing. There are inserts with negative edge geometry designed for weld and hardened die steel.
