Dijet developed a special button cutter for machining high temp alloys and nickel based materials. There are two sizes available with either 4 or 8 indexes. The insert is faceted for added strength when tightened into the pocket. Three different positive lead angles are available, and the insert grades have improved heat-fracture resistance and high impact strength. This tool is designed for stainless steels and aerospace components.
